Spice Jet Airlines — very unprofessional behaviour

This is to draw your attention towards an incident that occurred to me on 30th may 2019 on flight no. Sg626 kolkata to chennai in seat no. 3c (8:30 pm). While the flight was landing, my official mobile phone slipped grip and fell on the ground. As the flight was landing the phone reached the front row, as passengers started de boarding the flight; i enquired the air hostess if she have found my mobile. To my utter shock, she replied that she has handed over that particular phone to the passengers sitting in 1b & c as they claimed it to be their mobile phone. I reconfirmed the same twice or thrice and the same reply was given to me. Further she constantly requested me to get down the flight and get in touch with the couple sitting in those seats. I did the same without thinking twice as the mobile contained many confidential information and as i got in touch with the couple sitting in seats 1b and c, they told me that they were not handed over any such mobile phone in the flight. Later the couple also realized that they have left a cabin baggage in the flight so we together went to the customer care of spicejet. We told our complete information to the customer service representative and when they started enquiring they informed us that they have found a mobile phone and also the luggage of the other couple.
We were made to wait for almost an hour at the airport stating that lost and found procedures takes a lot of time. Later i was intimated that nothing was found and the flight has left for delhi. I was fuming with anger by that time, to console us the representatives took down our mobile number stating that they will intimate us if they found anything.
The kind of service provided by spicejet is becoming pathetic day in and out. Instead of trying to provide a seamless service you guys make it a point to harass customers. The first point is to train your flight stewards and air hostess well. If a mobile phone is found isn't it the flight stewards duty to call out to all passengers asking who's phone it is describing the phone. If a person demands also that it's his/her mobile isn't it the duty of a flight stewards to ensure that it's his/her only requesting them to unlock the password of the phone. To my utter shock spicejet forgot to recruit and train people in a way so that they can handle such situations.
The mobile phone lost is my official phone and thus have many important and confidential information. So i hope that spicejet takes utmost responsibility, if any of those information is misused.
I travel quite often to various places within india for work and i would very often choose spicejet but now onward i will think twice before taking up your services.
I hope at least the top management is efficient enough in solving this issue. And if the mobile is found to be please returned to me.
