I purchased Spice MI549 mobile in the month of Nov-2014, Two months back the battery is swollen, I am enquiring with all spice show rooms, & even service station at Jayanagar - Bengaluru, even i sent a mail to customer care to resolve the issue, till now there is no support from any body, this is very poor customer support, I purchased through HOme shop I8, when it is not possible to support the required accesories why this model is manufactured, that in less than a year, the performance is so bad with the battery. kindly resolve my issue. I am using Spice Mobile Model No.Mi-505 since last 5 years and till now its working fine. I am using original battery till date which was with mobile at the time of purchase. But now since last 3 months I am not getting battery backup & battery is swollen. I am staying in Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra. Pls. send me the address from where I can purchase new original battery.
