Ougesp sir Firstly we are demanding for batteries for spice mi 495 to spice mob & service center but reply from both no battery is available in all over india ( ref [protected]) Then spice mob give us an offer of handset replacement mi 492 against our handset plus 1278 rupees per handset within 8 working day([protected]) But after one month of deposition of amount 2556 rupees & two handset at service center at Jalna (MH) Yet we not issue handset which committed by spice mob in week We are constently contact with +[protected] & through mail plz complete handset replacement upto weekend
