With ref to the above I wish to inform you that I had purchased a spice handset -dream uno android one with imei no [protected] vide attached Invoice no DEL[protected] on 26/06/2015 Because the battery was not holding charge then i approached your service center at District center Janakpuri on 16/11/2015 for getting the problem resolved of my set. They told me that the battery is ok but there is some internal problem/manufacturing defect and they send the set to head office and told me that the problem will be resolved. I got the set back from the service center on 28.11.2015 i.e after 13 days vide job sheet no[protected]FB0228) and without getting the problem resolved and further damages to the power button and pcb of the set . Because the set was not getting charge I had to deposit the set on 30.11.2015 at your same service center and I got the set back on 09.12.2015 i.e after 11 days vide job sheet no[protected]FB0519) but the problem was not resolved and I had to deposit the set on the same day and a fresh job sheet vide job sheet no[protected]FC0173) was prepared even after 35 days i could not get my set .
I am calling regularly at your service center and I also have a talk with Mr. Avinash (Team Leader) . He has assured me that you will get your set replaced with new one since it is a manufacturing defect till date I didn't get replaced set .
Since it is a manufacturing defect and for a long time the set is in your custody you are requested to replace the set with new one.
