Spice Mobiles — Very Very poor battery | |||
I have spice MI-495 Spice mobile phone. I have purcased this phone in april month. I have faced battery probs on my phone, as there are 6 months warranty on accessories, i replaced my phone battery in august month. second battery also have concerns. I think this is the problem of the phone. I sent mail to spice care they told me spice executive will contact me. Executive did call me and said i understand you accessories warranty have been expired but i will tell service centre to replace your battery. I told him that i dont want to replace battery for the third time despite i want mobile replacement. its been 3 months i have been continously sending mails to spice but there is no response. I want my phone to be replace or i want my money refund... this is stupid company. they charged 10, 500 Rs and their services are such pathetic. I was not aware. Was this information helpful? | |||
