My id no vijay.raval and m.no [protected]
We have no connectivity since one month.
I have my complaint to spidigo but they people do not respond my complaint. I telephoned him and also send e mail
but they do not reply to my message. I personally met him but till date they're not interested to solve my problem. OR rectify the irregularity. Hence I request you to attend the same without fail immediately and help me to rectify my complaint.

Internet is not working kindly send your technician team to rectify it. As soon as fast possible and rectify the issue. Fast.

    My internet services are very poor. The services are not working satisfactorily. kindly provide the customer care nos. to contact the company.

    at present the internet services are down for past few days.
    There is nobody to reply on mobile.

    The telephone nos given at the time of renewal of the services are not in service now,

    very poor services . don't feel like to renew next time.

    I am customer of spidigo network, they take advanced money, I call last 5 days but no body attend my complaint, and not receive my phone.switch off.

      We have two user ids and the day since we have paid for an entire year we don't get any connectivity. Also, they keep changing their customers care numbers every month, you can never be able to reach them. We have recharged the annual service package since February and there is no connectivity since. I have complained so many times but they don't even care to call back or look into it.

      Nothing has been changed, nobody has even contacted us.
      company is taken over by pace internet call at their customer care number u will get at just dail diary or google it...

        Dear sir,
        This company made fraud with us. from last 4 months, this internet service not provide . none of any helpline work. nor any executive who can solve internet error. We have paid amount for internet. but after payment this service is totally closed. we are trying to contact for refund but there is no any contact number. We want help from Consumer forums. Please help us. thank you

        Third grade service provider. After complaining several times no one from the company bothers even to follow back. since last 4 to 5 months my internet is not working. i had asked to refund for that also no one is responding. they have changed their office address also
        Please note that my service provider spidigo broad band service not solve my internet service more than 5 days though i have paid rs.18000/- in advance for 2 year subcription started from sept 2018.

            Since last few days my net is not working properly. There customer care no. Are not receiving call from last serval days. Before that we faced this problem many times and we complaint about it but not having good time with net and no internet access shows again.               Spidigo Wifi not working since 15 days and there is no office in ahmedabad where we can go n file complain n customer service number online is also not working and we have paid money for full year.
              We want refund as its so frustrating as we dont know where to call n tell problem.

                Previously spidigo and now known as Pace internet. I wish to teach them a lesson personally in my way. But I trust the law of this country.

                My first question is that consumer complaints are really heard and they actually serve justice??

                This Internet service provider company has been bothering people to renew the connection to get compensated for stopped services of the previous year,

                It is like softly cheating and treating people to take their money away.

                Those days might be coming nearer when any person from their staff might get kicked their ass by the public.

                  My Internet is not working since 3 days and there is no medium to drop complain to spidigo. Even Their customer care number and website are not working. Seriously this is a [censored]. No proper website, no customer care number, no response. I feel that my biggest mistake is to give full payment in advance to spidigo. I have paid full money and it seems a full of cheating case. i Have user iD but how to check my spidigo account details such as validity of my plan, Usage of plan, etc. I need my refund ... Solve my problem otherwise I have to take legal action on this -_-

                    I just came today from outside after 6 months. Today I started and login but yet not received Wi-Fi.
                    Please do needful urgently in the matter... your early actions are requested..

                      My internet is not working. I registered a complain but no one comes to fix the problem. When I dial customer care number, it doesn't connect. After pace internet has taken over, I was lucky that once I could connect but login page had took years to load. Please fix it.

                        I have lodged complaint at least 5-6 times.

                        Today i called them and ask their address but they told me that they dont have authorize person sitting their. Hence one can not visit them,

                        I am not able to access my internet from last 2 months. Spidigo is not reponding and they have shifted to some Pace named Company.

                        Their service is pathetic.

                        They dont have any ethics and dont know anything about customer service.

                        They say that they are facing some issue with Fibre cable and not able to resolve the same

                          The internet by spidigo isn't working at my place since 5-6 days now... I can't contact them via customer service number or social platforms or their website. I'm helpless becoz this company knows that in our area they have a monopoly as ISP. Earlier also this kind of lack in customer support is experienced. They on their own had been changing my login password again and again. Now I as the user isn't aware about my login credentials and their forgot password isn't working also. How to access my account and know about my data remaining in my account.

                            This is ridiculously. Please help either get the refund of remaining time period or the service.

                            They have not been providing proper services and now as the internet is down, their numbers are not reachable.

                            Their internet services were alright two months back but not i am getting informed that the company is closed. My user id is jainpooja. Please can anyone update what is going on with the company and what will happen to it's existing customers? As no one is replying emails and their phones are not working.

                              Our WiFi is not working since 2 weeks we tried calling spidigo customer care no one is answering and the agents also are not answering the call they keep on blocking our numbers n when we get furious after calling this many times they talk to us in foul language I seriously want some strict action coz when.                                   My broadband is not working since last month.
                                  I don't know what's the matter about this #spidigo broadband company but sometimes I feel cheated and my money is wasted.

                                  If this issue is not solved within a week I have to take legal actions which I do not support so fix this soon.

                                      Not able to use internet since 12 days
                                      Official website has wrong information to contact
                                      After many attempts they picked up my call it was pace internet service provider and they logged my complaint on 1 June 2019, Saturday but engineer visit is still pending and now they are not picking up the call and call gets disconnected automatically.

                                      I have paid full money and it seems a full of cheating case. Need urgent solution on this.
