Internet is not working since one month and there is no medium to drop complain to spidigo. And this is second time internet has stopped and there is no solution for this and no message is coming from isp for the resolution.

Need urgent solution on this as this is cheating to consumer and money doesn't grow on tree for us.

My WiFi is not working since a week.no one is answering the calls on customer care number and there are not real numbers too. Please resolve this as soon as possible

    From last one month net connectivity was not working at all, no communication from customer care also area office was closed.

    When we call them they have only only reason that there is a technical issue in your areas.

    Approx everyday I am calling them. We need to know their Correct Number to approach and resolve the issue on priority

      Dear team,

      I have logged a complain on friday to shift the internet connection to different address. But still not received a any call. I am continue calling to team but they are not responding on call. I have drop an email to support team but what they are doing do not know, i did not received single mail from spidigo side.

        Internet connection spidigo is not working since 3 days and there is no phone number or complaint link working for complaining. I have paid full money for 18 months and it is still valid till january 2020.

        Spidigo connection is cut every now and then nowadays and is very much frustrating now.

          Hello, sir

          My internet plan not working last 5 days nd company provide employers not give me my call the answer nd not proper answer nd not visit engineer why this troubling for customer nd my plan 50 mbps nd give me 20 mbps speed nd full payment for 50 mbps plan nd give me 20 mbps its very wrong. Spdigo company very cheating for customers nd very fraud nd but tomorrow not visit engineer so fraud case your company.

            Since when this company has been handed over to pace internet. They are not even taking complaint seriously.

            I've filed the complaint for 10 days no one has arrived for technical visit. I am just getting fake promises if i can connect the call somehow. What is the resolution. I've paid for 18 months to spidigo that expires in november 2019.

              Last message i received was spidigo changed to pace internet. I have been trying to contact them since then regarding slow speed, internet disconnection and even shifting my internet. My plan is till aug 2019 but i received a message stating the service is expired. No action is taken by engineers even after contacting them. I have tried to contact all support services even in pace internet website as well as spidigo website.

                Spidigo has changed to pace internet... I didn't get any support since 2 days...

                There are no of numbers to contact and still didn't get any proper reply.

                Further i am not able to login in my selfcare account.

                If spidigo is not allowing me to check my detail on portal and mr. Consumer you should take some actions on spidigo...

                If you cant then you should remove this website as its misleading the indian citizen.

                I have gone through complain done by various complain regarding spidigo...
                And i think its not solved from your end...

                call to the pace internet number your problem i will be done and regarding selfcare portal everything his gone has spidigo is no more so if we are lucky then we can get internet till pace is there otherwise money is gone and will have to take soon new internet provider people are now gone with 2 years plan and nothing can be done

                  I have lodged complaints about slow speed and connectivity problems many times, but no one is responding.

                  I have called so many times on many different numbers of their customer care/agents/installation guys. They dont pick up. Never. The number on the website is useless. How can I lodge a complaint?

                  No one is attending phone call or messages resulting still problem existing.
                  Speed is too slow (My plan is 6 mbps) I get less than 1 mbps. Ridiculous. The customers have to waste so much time just to complain. Once you take the monet, your responsibilities are done? No! You are accountable to your customer. Resolve this. I will have to take legal actions and claim damages from you. Respect your customers and resolve their complaints in time. I am paying for 6 mbps And getting 0.5 mbps. Stop stealing from customers.

                      This company provides wifi services in many areas of the city but their service is very poor. The company does not respond to any complaints, and if it does, they tell us to wait while they send an engineer to our house, who never ever arrives. This is the complaint of every customer. They are wasting our money. We have paid for months but don't get benefits even for some days.

                        Very poor connection. I have a plan of 6 mbps and i don't get speed and not a connection from last 5 days. This internet short has been continuously from last 3 months. When i complaint at that time technician comes and after some days the same situation of loss connectivity. I am fed up from this kinds of #. Please rectify my problem as soon as possible.

                          There is no internet connection since 1 month. I've requested for the same around 25-30 times, visited office for complain. But there is no reply. How careless is this. If you have nothing related to service then why you run company. Give my money back, otherwise I've to go to consumer forum. This is strictly notice and last chance to you. Either Fix and extend the days I've lost or return me the full amount back.

                            They are not received our call they are not giving us service they are changing again again company that spidigo changed into pace internet.

                            Here is three light is coming but still they are saying that they have problem in there internet service.

                            They are not giving us notice that this day internet service was on maintenance.

                            And some days there doing that after 10am starts internet and before 5 pm or 6 pm stop internet service (Supply).

                                I want my refund my service has been discontinued i tried all type of ways to connect spidigo via customer care mail and every thing though my net is not working since last 2 months so i want my refund of Rs 5, 500/-.my id i- amcotfashion i have connected to all past spidigo contac some of they the comapny has been closed once i visit the branch at pakvan char rasta there also all the staff was there and not responding they in response said we have given our resignation letter to the company owner and some of them also said that they have not been paid from past 4-5 months

                                  My user id is hemantpal51 and i'm resident in memnagar. I have internet connection of spidigo from long time but now the service of spidigo is pathetic. Even the login portal and customer care number is not working, customer care number is always busy and it just keeps u in the queue for 30mins and then disconnects the call. From last 14 days my internet is not working. Don't know that the hell wrong with spidigo. As the quality of service provided by spidigo is third class, i want my full amount to be refund.

                                    I am filling this complaint against you as your internet is not working since last 10 days and also the customer care doesnt respond, it just keeps u in the queue for 30mins and then disconnects the call.
                                    There is no option of forgot password to reset. Its too much frustating. Send the engineer or give me the number of spidigo with whom i can contact.
