Spidigo — broadband connection quality poor. | |||
Guys the service offered by spidigo is extremely pathetic. 1st ly your customer service nos change without any information every 6-7 months; next in case we can get hands on the contact details over web there are many fake nos. Posted on the net. After much ordeal if at all we are able to get the right no. Then we have to keep waiting indefinitely. And after nearly 3 minutes of waiting the call is simply disconnected saying that your executives are busy. It clearly seems you are not interested in servicing your clients.in fact when i first took connection with spidigo it was for lack of choices later on renewed it since the people were sincere in responding to my issues now it seems that you have more on you plate than you can handle and even the competition has entered the market so it seems you want to yourself take the business to its end by annihilating customers you have acquired in the past; i will wait your executives to call back within the next 2 days & address my issues; else will start searching for alternate service providers in my area. When i enter id and password it says (web browser did not send challenge response (try again enable javascript)), when i contact customer care it always says youre in waiting position, very very bad service...
