Spidigo — i am complaining about above broadband company is not responding of my complain since a 2 weeks

I am using spidigo broadband service since a year and from 2 weeks i am mot able to connect with my wifi.
I have complained about this to spidigo company twice a day and every day answer get that today our person will visit to your place and resolve the problem but i am still awaiting.
