Spidigo — internet connection lost since last 3 days

Since 15th february'19 late night, my internet is disconnected. Whenever i tried to login with my user id :- harshpatela1803 with password, it shows either check your credentials or shows username and password is incorrect (There is no provision of forget your password?) however we never changed our pass word.
Customer care is always shows waiting number in two digits and automatically disconnect after 2 minutes of waiting.

Company is not taking any care of their customer. We have paid 18 months prepaid charges in nov'2018.
Request you to do something against company.

Sir,
Since 15th Feb'2019, my complaint has not yet been resolved. Please help me to refund my paid subscription money. Company has not connection mode in any ways.
