[Resolved]  Spidigo — internet not working

My net is not working since last friday (1st august). I had call the customer care and registered my complaint on friday but till sunday not a single call came from technical department nor any engineer came at home to resolve the issue. On monday they closed my complaint..i dont know on what basis... again i filed a complaint on monday(4rth august) but still no engineer has came. its been around a week.. and its been very frustrating now, i request you to send the engineeer without fail by wed morning(6th august) otherwise i will complaint to higher authority and legal srict actions will taken against spidigo

Their egnineers have told that the problem can't be fixed permanently. They suggest to visit the SPIDIGO office and talk to the person over there. I would never suggest spidigo internet connection because they don't value customer satisfaction.

5 days internet is not working . It is the scscene evevereveryevery month 100 times in a day internet gets cuts and connected. No nos can be connected for complaints .no way to reach the authorities. Evry night services r cut purposely in unlimited plans and on holidays too.

internet not working well upload speed 0.35mbps download 0.75 .
your worker not even visited my home for solution ever.
they call me and they dont come. Mr.mitesh of bopal side.
i have 2mbps plan. speed never comes at constant level either upload go down or download go down

MY USER ID IS patel.atit60. i am from sola, ahmedabad. my Internet is not working from 4 to 5 days. 3 time engineer came but when he goes after that problem continuous.i call them 3 to 5 time but still no reply from them.

I am facing an issue since last 12 days.. I am daily, giving reminders to customer care.. They respond our technical team solved it.. Response from tech person is so weird.. They event not listing what we are saying and hanging up the phone...

I'm customer of Speedigo from 25 Days. There is an issue with the internet connection, every time I register complaint for this in customer cars they close it without resolving the problem. From last 10 Days I'm continuously taking follow up with them but no one giving solution on this. Now I want my money back from the company.

Since 2 days i have been complaining about not able to use the internet service to the spidigo customer care, but their authorites are showing no immediate response whatsoever.
The wireless outdoor is not receiving the signals though these problem has been occuring since 1 month and i've complained abt the same but they showcase no concern for this.

Unfortunately I am spidigo valuable customer since 3year my user id is yugparmar and my data connection is not working from last three weeks…. None of spidigo team is responding to me and I am very much shocked that spidigo team has closed several times my complain automatically…

And the behavior of spidigo team is ridicules kindly help me ….. they are enjoying and laughing during telephonic discussion

I have called spidigo team around 150 times……….but no result comes out.
