Spidigo — Lose connectivity of my wifi. User id ajpadhya

My user id is ajpadhya at pavitranagar ahmedabad. Often and often my wifi is not working. Why so?
Please correct it and it should be for 24 hours for which i had paid in advance.
Please change your cable wire or any thing but provide me 24 hours. Otherwise i have to proceed legally and you have to pay me loss.
Again lastly i humbly request you to provide me 24 hours wifi by any way or pay back my subscription
