Last 15 days net not working three time i am calling from customer care but not given proper answer and not to resolve my problem

I am un happy with your side service.

Net connection problem is last 4 month nog your call connect, not a net connect I am not satisfied spidigo net 2 days before complain register but not solve problem my net is complete break in last 3 day I am working for computer in hom job & without net my work is stopped Plz solution is my problem & contact me my reg. compnay is closed mate shift to another internet provider myself 15000 is gone took 2 years plan wait for 2 or 3 months it will be closed fully the investor has backed out of company so thery are proving only 1/2 mbbps net so that people not panic office are closed too so better to convert u r net with other provider waiting is wating no one will reply even company wont
