Spidigo — no internet connection from last 2 weeks | |||
I have renewed my plan with spidigo in January with username:- jayminbhatt and since day one I haven't received exact speed which has to be 50Mbps but its not. I tried many times to call customer care and have but call never reach the customer care executive and even if they receive then they take complain and say that they will resolve it in next 48Hr but they never did and never get called back from there technical team or not any technical person visit my place for issue resolution. I lodged complain online and on a call with customer care executive and here is the complaint serial no:- 8805 and 11329. please do needful and help me to resolve it quickly. Connection not working for 15 days. Listed service no is not responding. Not able to talk to any one. Where to go ? All listed no on website are not working. Even before that, the connection was not continuous. Someone told that company is not operating any more.
