Spidigo — non-functioning net connection

Our internet connection not working for the last one month the helpline number given never picked up by any executive and the phone is always switched off i have also been personally visited the spidigo office in Ahmadabad off S.G.Highway and was told there that we are having network issues and if we are not happy with the service we are welcome to take legal action. Now I understand spidigo office has shut down at Ahmedabad.
So i demand refund of Rs.7200/- paid for net connection since the company is unable to service their customers failing which will have to go to consumer court
