Spidigo — spidigo/pace internet: no broadband connection after payment

I paid advance rs. 5000 for one year plan to spidigo broadband in ahmedabad. After one month, the internet connectivity stopped since 18 june 2019. Spidigo brand is now sold to pace internet services pvt. Ltd. I complained numerous times on their customer care number [protected]. But no action is taken yet. Their office is closed in ahmedabad. Spidigo is under pace internet which has office in anand. Please help.

Internet is not working since and there is no one is available for resolve my internet problem.. And also all customer care numbers are not reachable.. I am getting frustrated because when you pay the money and you cant get what you want.
So i want my money back otherwise give service.

Please help me out with this spidigo
