Spidigo — what is provision to protect customer

Dear sir/madam,

Most of broadband company offers plan for 6, 12 and 18 months. After purchasing service if company did not provide service. How customer will be protected? Does any deposit company deposit any regulatory like trai? How customer will be protected from such fraud?

Waiting for your reply. This is not my personal problem but common problem. If this things take care lots of fraud company will disappear and customer will be protected.
