We got to know about Sree Travels through one of our colleague. we booked the Mukthinath Tour tour, we were 4 members. No discount was given to us.
But we heard that Rs 1000, will be given to our friend who introduced us to Sree Travels as incentive. Sree Travels promised that they will give Rs 4000/- to our friend.
But before 2 weeks of tour date, we lost our aged father in law. so we need to cancel the trip. when we informed the same about the same to Sree Travels.They said that they will not give a single penny paid by us to us back.
But these Non refundable terms were not informed to us.
we have to loose all our money, they did not respond to us with good attitude, Sree Travels did not bother to the problem we were facing due to them.
Mr. Elanthirayan, the proprietor language was very poor. Mrs. padma who was very pleasing and convincing in the beginning, never picked our phone...She simply blocked my phone no.
finally when we approached our friend, he said that he did not also received his so called incentive Rs 4000/-
