SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited — I am not able to buy back my bond

Website:	I want to buy back my Infrastructure bond.

I had already sent the original bond certificates (Folio No. 003101) to Karvy Computers, Hyderabad through India Post using Registered letter facility. India post confirmed that, they deliverd the letter on[protected]. But, still Srei contact group replies that, they hadn't received the original bond certificate. I had made several email communications to '[protected]@sreibonds.com' using my personal gmail account ' [protected]@gmail.com'.
I need a quick response and i need an assurance on buing back my bond this month itself.
