Sri Ganesh Farm — sent me a wrong breed of puppy

This person is a cheater, he showed me pictures of a Shih Tzu and asked for 25k advance from me.
3 days after payment I received the puppy, but it was not the correct breed.

Now the bugger Sukhdeb Adhikari is not picking my phone. I am from Ahmedabad, but have some contacts in Kolkatta.

He is a big time cheater. Can someone help me in giving his address so that I can send someone to squeeze my money out.
