Sri Sadguru Indane Services — misbehaving & extra charges by indian delivery guy

It's complaint about indane delivery guy who charged 100 extra saying i don't have change. He charged 30 rs delivery charge also other than booking price saying it's company rule. Murli-[protected] earlier also he gave my passbook 6 month late after continuesly following & complaint. He was charging black market rate by that time. He shouted & abused a lady who is new in bangalore doesn't know kannada. He took advantage of that. Please take action against him.
