Sri — selling more tickets than accommodation

On first day shows they are selling tickets more than the number of seats in the theatre and the public are asked to sit in floors and steps to watch the movie. The way of interaction of the management with public is so harsh. The management simply tells that the amount will be refunded when you are not interested to watch the movie like that. Totally disappointed.

Kindly take action as soon as possible.
