Srilankan Airlines — lost baggage

Sri lankan airways lost one baggage piece on 18 may 2018 flight from colombo to kochi which reached kochi at 1000hrs.
I lodged a complaint at kochi, signed all relevant papers and received the complaint number ul14761.
After that for last almost 34 hours i have tried all numbers provided by them to get status of my baggage but even on their 24 hrs helpline they keep transferring from one operator to another and the line cuts off. The local kochi office landline phone is also never picked up.
How do i get my luggage back and what compensation i can claim if they have lost my luggage?

Cochin to colombo lankan flight heavy delay cochin 27/5/2018 And we facing connection problm also.we will miss the all connection flight and our valuable time also.If the air lines has any trouble they have to be inform passengers that what the issue going on.not only that they are not giving any services in airport such as starving .
We are in ul309 flight and flight came back from runway and its not working and there is fault in engine. We had connectrd flights to mumbai and Ahmedabad so kindly arrange alternate ways asap
