Srilankan Airlines — refund claim online

I am an indian and booked srilanakn airline from oman to colombo.
I have submited online refund request and cancel my booking before more than 35 days please find below refecne number ul/rr/67474,
After 7 days today i didnt recevied any update and resubmited refund request which generated different refrecne number ul/rr/70277.

I have complaint online through email to

But no one reply and addressing the issue. Please help oman local office not helping this

Such types of claims can not be resolved in favour of the author as there are no:-

- name, contact of the passenger

- e-ticket or boarding pass

- demand of the passenger in figures or the complaint in full

as a minimum requirement, attached in higly visible format, herewith.

If you want to get the refund and compensation legally, and you dont folow the relues, nobody must assist (help) you free of charge in your favor.

You can hire the legal professional for a fee in order such professional is able to execute the legal work in your favor (to find the solution for refund or the compensation).

The cost of such legal assitance depends upon the ease or the complicity,
starts from INR 6000 in India or from OMR 30 in Oman.

I booked two flights to Columbo in January2020 .one flight there May 31st 2020 UL504, back to UK on 28th June 2020 UL503.Airline booking ref. VT88U7. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND IN SPITE IT WAS SRI LANKAN AIRLINES THAT CANCELLED THEM. These flights were booked through Travel Up tour company in the UK.
