Dear all, I took data entry project (USA REAL ESTATE COPY&PASTE WORK) from srimin technologies pvt. Ltd - Ahmedabad. they didn't pay me any amount as they showed me target is not achieved and I made 869 Error and as per the contract i am not eligible for any payment .From the beginning I am working carefully and taking all proof of my work from my end. When i cross checked my work from their QC report then i found they sent me incorrect qc report. I showed all proof to them and ask to recheck the report and to do my payment. From that day they started playing and giving invalid regions that they can’t recheck the QC report and offering me another project to work, but I refused to go on with another process before my payment. After do some research i came to know that these guys are keep changing their company name to do fraud work before SRIMIN TECHNOLOGIES their company named as HERMITTECH. I have the proof that they are relate to HERMITTECH. I am located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha .I have lodged a complaint against them on consumer court hope it will take time but definitely i will get justice . You guys who are claiming it a fraud, show the proof or else stop babbling around. Without proper proof you guys have no right to blame the company. If you didn't receive the payment, it might be your own mistake. Could be a possibility that you didn't fullfill the requirements as stated.
