Srinivasan — 3g internet and balance

I am using Xolo Q1100 Mobile, last Oct-31-2015 Recharge 3g plan Rs.255/-.
Recharge is successful but the internet not working, then i am trying to every day morning and evening (more than 20 times) contact customers care nobody his taking call, only the reply is all agents are busy...please try again later, now i am losing my rs.225/- so please don't use aircel sim.. its my humble request... my mobile no.[protected]

I applied for pl loan from yours loan app I uploaded all my documents it's approved my loan amount and it's waiting for disburse for long days I applied loan on 1 of this month but still I didn't receive amount in to my account please reply me as soon as possible it's disburse are not
