SRL Diagnostics — Worst home collection service

I booked for home collection for Sunday morning...They told it's all booked...They requested for Monday morning..I accepted for it...When I tried to call concern person he is not ready to come...Again I contacted customer care they apologized and again requested me to change for Tuesday morning which is very irresponsible way of handling situation...
So please don't go for home collection service in SRL diagnosis..

Sir on 22 march 2017 i am going through a blood test for cbs and A E Count for alergy purpose.but the lab doing a hamogram test and now they said another test is required for A E count with extra cost. But on the tym of test they said hamogram is enough for this purpose.

Plz take a action on it
