Srm Transports — no entertainment in the bus

Hi

Today i have travelling from chennai to nagarcoil 01:00 pm a/c semi sleeper, the was cleaned and good.

But that vehicle has not provided blanket, water bottle also.

More over we travelling on the bus minimum 8 to 10 hrs this have been operated day basis,. We are silently sitting there, there was no entertainment

Pls advise your team and looking the matter above said matter has been provide the passengers to full fill completed the trip.
