I visited srs cinemas patiala today at 6.50 pm on 23 sept. 2017. The show timings for the movie was 7.20 pm. I asked for 2 tickets but they refused it by saying housefull. At the same time they gave tickets to other persons for the same show. I contacted the manager there. But they didn't respond properly. They were hiding the matter.
