I am also facing same problem. SRS is not repaying FDR. Infact they are not following NCLT order. As per order, they need to repay 10% of principal on maturity, still neither principal nor interest has been paid so far.
I have been told that due to month long strike in jul16 of jewelers they suffered a huge loss.
On their FDR form they had very good financials along with diversified business. now what happen??
They are defaulting, nothing else.
I have lodged their complaint in NCLT also, still no reply.
