Srs Travel — worst service

Booked the ticket from bijapur to bangalore for 7 pm bus. Bus was delayed for more than 3 hours. When i called to see office on [protected] this number. Person was very very rude. I suggest people to not to prefer srs. We have many good service provider like vrl go for it.

Travel date 24th march 2018.

Are travels people they don't even know how to speak to customers.
