Dear sir/madam,
It is very sad to inform you that your srs bus (Py 01 cm4651) driver was very arrogant and very harsh.
They are rudely arguing with us yesterday while boarding at madiwala.
We have requested to put our luggage in dicky but they refused immediately and was abusive and using slangs.
I would have stopped him there itself and took an action in legal way but i didn't want to trouble
Other passengers.
They don’t care about the passengers & customer services. They definitely spoil the brand image of srs
Travels.
Kindly initiate disciplinary action against him.
