I m nanda and i travelled in srs bus with pnr 21170940 on 28th dec 11 am departure one but it came to kurnool at 11:30 am without informing. Till 3:20 pm he did not even stop for lunch on the way and then he did after everyone were worried about their sugar patient family members in the bus. Water bottles weren't given since hyd stop. Finally they forcely dropped me at majestic ananda rao circle at time 17:46 where i selected my drop point as wilson garden which says drop is at time 16:40 while booking the bus in abhibus app. I hav proof of drop point and time they dropped by my cab booking
So by all these i wasn't happy n satisfied with the services they provided
I would like to know the actions taken on that and may need my fare refund back to me
