SRS Travels — on line travel booking money not refunded since feb 20.

Ticket no 34046884 booked on 25.2.2020 on srs website. Due to lock
Down i cancelled my ticket on your website but instead of cancellation coupon was given. I have not asked for coupon.
Please refund my money after deducting cancellation charges. I am a senior citizen and need money.

Updated by Sofar SRS Travels has not refunded cancellation Refund not even after 5 months. I am a Retired Senior Citizen.
