I have booked 6 number of tickets for my travel from trivandrum to banglore at 30/4/2019 and return at 01/05/2019. But srs travels inform the bus was cancelled and not arrange any other alternative. Your travels is worst, they ask me to come to yeswantpur station and bus just passes away without even informing me, I asked them to wait and still they moved on. This is how you handle your costumer?? Pathetic service .I will never travel again in this
