Dear sir, this is to inform you i am traveling today from mumbai to hubli, i have get in the at 7pm i have booked with 2200rs as i found that uncofertable sheet with non co operative staff, as i asked for where it will stop for food they told me after pune at around 12pm in the mid night it is very shocking, i have started the journey at 7pm usual time of any bus will stop for food is 10 to 10-30pm, & at least your people not have cortecy to inform us to take some thing, its total disoppinting as i am frequent traveler, i found that your service is worst, it's bus no4063
