SRS Travels — worst customer service such a brutal personality I

Worst customer service, i reached 5 45 pm itself in egmore, the executive dint answer my questions properly the are saying the cab is coming in 10 mins for merwly 2 and a half hours,,, otherwise we would have had our dinner,, see i am accompanying my mom who is a sick patient the cab came at 7 15 pm and the picked us, i ordered a food in swiggy, they reached the metro head office 755 pm i asked the driver to wait few mins because the deivery executive is few mins away they were so rude...
