St Courier — Complaint - parcel delivered in damaged condition. (St courier) | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is with regard to my complaint on the irresponsible service of a delivery and package delivered in damage condition from Bangalore to Kanyakumari of the consignment number [protected]. I have sent a parcel from Bangalore to Kanyakumari on 30th August 2021 through your Madiwala ST Courier branch. The parcel contains Sony TV and other items in its total three packages. While sending the courier I had asked about the safety to your staff and they said it will be delivered in safe condition and there will be special charges for TV, so I agreed and sent the courier. However, the parcel got delivered and we found that the TV got fully damaged and I called up Mr. Shiva from the Madiwala branch and sent him video proof of the damaged item, but he said he is on leave and asked me to inform Ms. Sujatha. I called her and explained the situation and also shared video proof to her. Thereafter there is no proper response from the team and they just ignore the things very lightly. Really very much upset with this pathetic service! However I’m just looking for a proper response from your end and also looking for compensation for damaged goods.
