Hi, I had ordered cooking oils from Ms Sarah balaji enterprises, Madurai for one of my friend who is living in Triplicane, Chennai. The parcel arrived at final destination on 13 May 2024 by morning itself. When tracked, it shows ' out for delivery ' for consecutively 2 days(13 May and 14 May) No calls answered till 14 May and I called Sarah enterprises and to my dismay Ms ST courier even didn't answer to them. And after many calls, we received the parcel today and the delivery person didn't even answer my friend for the delay, showing angry face and even didn't get his sign during delivery.
My request to ST courier:- keep this guy as your brand ambassador and get more staffs like him as they help you to grow your business to Himalayan peaks. I suggest you to give him some incentives for his best customer orientation. And you can conduct some training classes of this guy(to all other staffs) about how to respect a customer and increase business.
