I sent a parcel to chennai on last saturday and he committed to delivery by morning and due to some problem it’s delayed and I am okay with the delay but they guys calls and speaks in a worst way that cannot be digested at all.

He is calling and asking why the parcel is more than 3Kg ??

What should I can answer post shipment?

Is it’s thing to cause a delay?

Please teach some basic respect to the employees.

In the reciever side the courier is not recieved.

My Consignment Number : [protected] provided the parcel on 01/02/2019 @ 12.15PM, now the date 04/02/2019 @ 5.19 PM. still Parcel not delivered to the address, even i am unable to track the delivery status unless called to [protected] number to check the status, due to this it Impact with issues.
