[Resolved] St Courier — Irresponsible service at Natham
We had a courier to be received from madurai to Sendurai (Tamil nadu). If the courier service to Sendurai is not deliverable it sould not be accepted at Madurai. But the people at Madurai office accepted it. It came to NATHAM office which is nearest to Sendurai. While sending the courier the mobile number entered was wrong it seems it has only 9 digits. I was waiting for the courier to be delivered to me... Since I didn't get any call/message after 3 days of parcel being held at NATHAM, I tracked it via the portal. I called to Mr. mohan at NATHAM office and asked for the status. He said the mobile number entered was wrong and I gave him the right mobile number. Also I have asked him, if the parcel is not deliverable to a specific place why they accepted. And asked him to keep and I will come and collect. When I reach the office to collect the parcel he said it has been returned. Later I came to know he didn't informed anything about my conversation to the concern delivery team also the mobile number I gave is not updated in the system/parcel. I have never seen such a irresponsible behaviour from the ST courier service before. If they returned it in the very next day also I would be feeling very better. Or if their intention is to deliver it to me then why mr.mohan didn't informed this to the delivery team nor he didn't contacted me and informed about the return.
Why my parcel struck at NATHAM office for such a long time with out any reason.
