St Courier — non-delivery of consignment | |||||
A consignment booked (Consignment no. [protected] booked on 10.01.2019) by my brother for me from parasala to me at ponneri has not reached me as on date 15.01.2019 however the website tracking shows that it is delivered on 12.01.2019 itself. When contacted, the local agent (Ponneri) responded in a poor and disrespectful way. The behavior of the local agent is very bad and irresponsible. The online tracking also shows wrong data which might have been fed online wrongly by the agent even before delivery. When checked in the internet, i wondered seeing hundreds of similar complaints about st courier making it unreliable courier company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
