St Courier — not received my parcel yet

My parcel was shipped to me by my seller on 06 September 2019 but I still have not received it yet. The status of the parcel is also not updated in the website after 09 September. I asked my seller to file a missing complaint and the company responded with 'article delivered on 16 October 2019' when I never received my parcel. I tried calling this number, [protected], and the lady don't respond clearly and sometimes don't even pick up my calls. I also emailed them but they still haven't responded me. Nov 13, 2019 Updated by Nemika Okay so apparently my seller, which is my close friend, actually got harrassed by the courier guys. The parcel was worth Rs.5000 and I'm not from a well off family so it's hard earned. I hope you respond fast and resolve this as soon as possible because it's been more than 2 months since my friend sent me the parcel.
