The package sent to me was returned twice to sender and again redirected to my place but not delivered yet. Also raised a complaint to [protected]@stcourier.com and tried reaching out to them via social media multiple times but no response.

Updated by Sang_Samy I have sent multiple emails and reached out to customer care. But no response received yet. It's been almost a month the parcel was sent to my place but still I dint receive it. Worst Customer care, they are just checking the tracking status and repeating the same which is readily available in the portal
