My parcel was shipped to me by my seller on 06 September 2019 from Kolathur but I still have not received it yet. The status of the parcel is also not updated in the website after 09 September. I asked my seller to file a missing complaint and the company responded with 'article delivered on 16 October 2019' when I never received my parcel. I tried calling this number, [protected], and the lady don't respond clearly and sometimes don't even pick up my calls. I also emailed them but they still haven't responded me. My parcel was worth Rs.5000, the lost of parcel costs me loss of Rs.5000. I hope you respond soon and enquire as soon as possible.

Complaint also lodged vide TNMAA31949. BUT NO ACTION.
It makes us depression. You have to compensate ₹1000/- if your company is sincere and reliable.
