[Resolved]  St Courier — St Courier - Courier didn't reach the destination & Customer care not responding

My consignment bearing reference number [protected] was sent from Chidambaram to thirukovilur on 12.08.2014 via ST courier. The actual promised delivery date given was 13.08.2014 but the consignment still didn’t get delivered, when I tried to track with Chidambaram courier centre I got a bad response stating that they don’t have proper manpower and they couldn’t trace the consignment due to rain. When I tried to contact customer care for registering complaint most of the times I couldn’t reach the given number. When answered I have been told that they will check and get back to me. But I haven’t received any proper response. Since its an urgent document needed I kindly request you to look into this and resolve my issue in time.
