St Courier — without intimation courier returned

k.vivek, s/o of N.Kasinathan, Melaruthragangai, poonthottam (po), Nannilam TK, Thiruvarur (DT), PIN - 609503

My friend sent to me one courier on 18.07.2020 from chennai. On 21st it is received by nannilam st courier branch. But they did not gave any intimation for receiving the courier. They sent back the courier to chennai. While checking with st courier thiruvarur branch, they told it is not our responsibility. Customer only should bear all the risk.
I am very disappointed with st courier.

Today i asked my friend to check with chennai branch and send back to me again.
Please help me to receive my courier as soon as possible
