Corrections in SSC CGL 2016 Tier 2 English score:

Dear Sir,
I am Bendi Prasanth from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I appeared for SSC CGL 2016 Tier 2 Exam on 30th November 2016. My details are as follows :

Tier 2 English score according to OMR sheet : 138.5 marks (143 correct, 42 wrong, 15 Not attempted)
Tier 2 English score released by SSC (on March 2nd) - 136.25 marks out of 200

Queries:
1) I want to know why the marks released by SSC is different from that of marks according to OMR sheet released by SSC and why the marks got decresed in my case
2) I want to know number of Key corrections and Add scores in SSC CGL 2016 Tier 2 English paper
3) I also want to know whether the Key Corrections and Add scores are applied to my final score or not.

I attached the English OMR sheet released by SSC for your reference. Please resolve this issue soon as the next stage of CGL i.e Tier 3 exam is commencing on 19th March, 2017.
