Stalkbuylove — not refund the return order my order no[protected]

My order no[protected] order the product and because of size issue i returned and money not given back its almost 20 days.
Customer support tell the banking problem i thing 20 days is enough for to solve the problem of any bank.. Just smilply revert by the automatic messenger, sorry for the incovience. Is this way to ur customer. This is my first order.
