Standard Chartered Bank — a4interest charges after paying outstanding amount on credit card

Hi sir/madam,

I was supposed to pay rs 1, 42, 345.21 as of 15-feb-2109 for the credit card and paid the same amount on time and raised an request for closure of the same card on the same day itself. But after 10 days of my closure request the new bills generated by bank and came with a4interest charges of rs 5600. When i spoke with customer care of standard chartered bank. Customer care support[she] said like she could not do anything except i should pay the whole amount. But i can not pay single penny on this a4 interest changes since i paid whole outstand amount on time.

I am requesting you all please don't use any credit card from standard chartered bank. They are horrible and eat up your hard earning money slowly
